Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce project coordination standards to ensure timely completion of departmental initiatives.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Maintain electronic and physical record systems, overseeing transfers, dispositions, and archiving in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform data entry, quality control, and validation for all project‑related documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and improve documentation accuracy.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and audit trails for senior management.
  • Provide training and support to staff on records management best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, records management, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency with records management software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint), and electronic filing systems.
