Project Quality Control Manager – RMMR

Join Pond & Company as a Project Quality Control Manager for its fuels systems team, working remotely from select East Coast locations while being based in Richmond County, Virginia, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality control processes for fuel system projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC plans, inspection checklists, and testing protocols.
• Conduct regular site and remote audits, identify non‑conformances, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to integrate quality requirements throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training on quality best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project quality control, preferably within fuel or energy infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API standards, and relevant safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and conduct virtual inspections.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work remotely from CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, WV, or Washington, DC.

Compensation

Annual salary: $93,185.51
