Project Manager with EPIC and Hospital exp – Remote

Sunray Informatics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi‑phase implementation of a new Epic module for a hospital client. This fully remote position is based in the United States and offers a competitive salary of $90,585 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the Epic module implementation project.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including clinical staff, IT, and external vendors.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Provide regular status reports and stakeholder communication.
• Manage change requests and adapt project scope as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Epic implementations in a hospital environment.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.
• PMP certification (or in progress) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple Epic modules beyond the one being implemented.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
