Project Manager – Large Commercial Construction Projects

ENFRA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large commercial construction projects in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. This full‑time role offers a competitive annual salary of $89,231.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of large‑scale commercial construction projects from inception to close‑out.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and ENFRA’s standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams—including engineers, contractors, and vendors—while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as ENFRA’s safety and quality protocols.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of proven experience managing large commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, permitting processes, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites within the Charlotte area.
