Project Manager – Facilities Management

Whitestone Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Facilities Management to oversee a portfolio of PFI contracts in East London. This remote‑first role requires 3‑4 days on‑site each week and offers a salary of £55,000‑£60,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive and life‑cycle projects in line with client specifications and agreed programmes.
• Lead the Cost Build‑Up (CBU) process, managing budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Coordinate supply chain activities and liaise with consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards are met on all sites.
• Monitor project performance, mitigate risks and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.

People & Team Management

• Proactively develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple sites and projects.
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing facilities management projects, preferably within PFI contracts.
• Strong understanding of CBU processes, budgeting and financial control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining visibility across remote and on‑site activities.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.

Based in London, UK. The role is primarily remote with 3‑4 days per week spent on sites across East London.
