Project Manager – CRM

Job Summary

World Vision is seeking a Project Manager – CRM to lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation in Auckland. This full‑time role drives technology projects that improve supporter engagement and create lasting impact for vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor the end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation across World Vision New Zealand.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to define project scope, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and risk registers, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and change‑management activities to maximise user adoption.
• Report progress to senior leadership and provide data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing CRM or ERP projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) and tools such as Jira or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a purpose‑driven, multicultural environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business or Project Management.

Desirable Skills

• Certification in Dynamics 365, PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience in the non‑profit sector or humanitarian organisations.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security standards (GDPR, NZ Privacy Act).
