Project Manager

UP Talent is recruiting a Project Manager for a leading New Zealand‑owned consultancy in Auckland. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver confirmed projects across Education, Health, Industrial and Data sectors.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets, ensuring milestones are met on time and within cost.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders.
• Manage risk registers, quality assurance processes and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present outcomes to senior management and clients.

Essential Requirements

• 2–6 years’ experience in project management consultancy or client‑side roles within the listed sectors.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or a construction/engineering diploma).
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
