About This Position
UP Talent is recruiting a Project Manager for a leading New Zealand‑owned consultancy in Auckland. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver confirmed projects across Education, Health, Industrial and Data sectors.
- Develop project plans, schedules and budgets, ensuring milestones are met on time and within cost.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders.
- Manage risk registers, quality assurance processes and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present outcomes to senior management and clients.
Essential Requirements
- 2–6 years’ experience in project management consultancy or client‑side roles within the listed sectors.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or a construction/engineering diploma).
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
