Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for fire alarm, critical communications, video surveillance, access control and related systems.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely installation, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates and addressing change requests.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes and Pavion’s quality procedures.
• Track project performance, manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project documentation, reports and post‑project reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale fire, security or communications integration projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, UL, and local building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
