This temporary role supports facility and engineering projects in a high‑tech manufacturing environment, managing connection data and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project databases, tracking systems, and point‑of‑connection (POC) records.
• Coordinate daily activities between engineering, construction, operations, and client teams.
• Assist with field verification, site inspections, and data collection for ongoing projects.
• Prepare status reports, schedules, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support procurement and logistics by tracking material deliveries and equipment installations.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy for project budgets and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, facilities management, or engineering support.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Access; experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore) is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple site locations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $35.58 – $48.94 (DOE), based on experience. This is a temporary position.
