Purpose of the Role The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of small and medium-scale projects across multiple customers of our SaaS platform. The role coordinates internal and external workstreams — from implementation and configuration through to go-live and support handover — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
