Project Controls Specialist

One Tech is hiring a Project Controls Specialist in Houston, Harris County, Texas to lead cost, schedule, and performance monitoring for engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Track schedule performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare earned value analysis, progress reports, and KPI dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate with internal project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Implement and enforce project control procedures, change‑order processes, and risk registers.
• Support contract close‑out, final accounting, and lessons‑learned documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or schedule analysis within the engineering/construction industry.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel for cost‑schedule integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available).
