Job Summary
Join DCCM as a Project Accountant in Timbergrove Manor, Houston. This full‑time role supports civil engineering projects with accurate financial reporting and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow analyses.
- Track project expenses, invoice clients, and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile project ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and produce monthly financial statements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior accountants to monitor cost performance against budgets.
- Assist in preparing contract change orders and billing adjustments.
- Support internal audits and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Generate ad‑hoc financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project accounting, preferably within civil engineering or construction.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
