Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the Wright to Read literacy program serving elementary students who need extra reading support.
- Recruit, screen, train, and retain volunteer tutor‑mentors, matching them with students for three‑year relationships.
- Monitor student progress through assessments, data tracking, and regular feedback loops with teachers and families.
- Coordinate scheduling, classroom logistics, and transportation as needed to facilitate consistent tutoring sessions.
