Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SD‑WAN security engagements, from discovery and design through deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to develop tailored security architectures that meet customer requirements.
• Conduct technical workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and training sessions for client IT staff.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for network segmentation, zero‑trust, and threat prevention within SD‑WAN environments.
• Document solution designs, configuration guides, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex security issues, escalating to product teams when necessary.
• Stay current with emerging SD‑WAN technologies, cybersecurity threats, and Palo Alto Networks product updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in network security, preferably with SD‑WAN, firewall, or cloud security solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Prisma Access, or Cortex XDR is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (IPsec, MPLS, BGP, OSPF) and security frameworks (Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP Security, or similar are highly desirable.
