Join Palo Alto Networks as a Professional Services Consultant – SD‑WAN Security in Cedar, Cole County, US. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing secure SD‑WAN solutions for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end SD‑WAN security engagements, from discovery through deployment and post‑implementation support.
- Design secure network architectures that integrate Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Prisma Access, and third‑party SD‑WAN platforms.
- Conduct technical workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and knowledge‑transfer sessions for customer teams.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, best‑practice guides, and configuration standards.
- Provide on‑site and remote troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security policy refinement.
- Stay current with emerging threats, industry standards, and Palo Alto Networks product road‑maps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in network security, with a focus on SD‑WAN, firewalls, and cloud‑based security services.
- Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, Prisma Access, and Prisma SD‑WAN.
- Relevant certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP Security, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
Compensation & Benefits
