Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SD‑WAN security engagements, from discovery through deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Design secure network architectures that integrate Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Prisma Access, and third‑party SD‑WAN platforms.
• Conduct technical workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and knowledge‑transfer sessions for customer teams.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, best‑practice guides, and configuration standards.
• Provide on‑site and remote troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security policy refinement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in network security, with a focus on SD‑WAN, firewalls, and cloud‑based security services.
• Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, Prisma Access, and Prisma SD‑WAN.
• Relevant certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP Security, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
