Key Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation tasks on production equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings according to SOPs.
• Maintain cleaning logs, verify compliance with food safety standards, and report any issues.
• Assist with routine maintenance, minor repairs, and set‑up/tear‑down of sanitation stations.
• Work independently and as part of a night‑shift team to meet production schedules.
