Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary manufacturing engineering team.

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, DFMA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Eligibility for U.S. security clearance.
