Join Akaasa Technologies as a strategic, data‑driven Product Owner leading digital experiences that boost co‑brand credit‑card acquisition, engagement, and spend across the entire guest journey. This full‑time role can be based in Miami, FL or remote, with occasional travel to ships.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for digital growth and acquisition experiences tied to the co‑brand credit‑card program.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—design, engineering, marketing, and analytics—to deliver features that enhance pre‑cruise planning, onboard engagement, and post‑cruise loyalty.
• Gather and prioritize user and stakeholder requirements using data insights, A/B testing results, and market trends.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint plans.
• Monitor product performance metrics (conversion, spend, retention) and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.
• Manage relationships with partner banks and co‑brand stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and compliance.
• Facilitate regular product demos, stakeholder updates, and roadmap reviews.
• Travel to cruise ships as needed to observe user interactions and gather frontline feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in digital financial services, travel, or hospitality tech.
• Proven track record of launching successful credit‑card or loyalty‑driven digital products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data platforms (SQL, Tableau, Looker) to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience; certified Scrum Product Owner a plus.
• Willingness to travel periodically to ships and partner locations.

Compensation

Base salary: $124,063.88 per year.
