About This Position
Disney is hiring a Product Manager for its Disney Experiences Technology team in Lake Buena Vista, Orange County, US. This role leads the development of immersive digital experiences across Disney Parks, Resorts, Cruise Line and Vacation Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital guest experiences across attractions, food & beverage, resorts and transportation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—design, engineering, operations, marketing—to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that enhance the guest journey.
- Gather and prioritize user insights, market trends and business requirements to shape feature sets.
- Own product backlog, write user stories, and ensure timely delivery through agile ceremonies.
- Measure product performance using KPIs, guest feedback and analytics; iterate to continuously improve experience.
- Manage budgets, timelines and vendor relationships while maintaining alignment with Disney brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment or consumer technology.
- Proven track record delivering complex, technology‑driven products at scale.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies, product lifecycle management tools and data‑driven decision making.
- Passion for Disney storytelling and guest‑centric innovation.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $112,315.85 – $112,315.85 per year. Disney offers comprehensive health, retirement and wellness benefits, plus access to magical experiences.
