Product Manager (National, Windows Doors) – Cornerstone Building Brands, Calgary
Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead its Windows & Doors portfolio across Canada. Based in Calgary, this role drives product planning, lifecycle management and cross‑functional execution to boost growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the national product roadmap for windows and doors, aligning with market trends and corporate strategy.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through launch, pricing, and end‑of‑life decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, sales, marketing and finance to ensure timely product releases and optimal profitability.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements.
- Set pricing strategies and margin targets, monitoring performance against forecasts.
- Lead product training and communication initiatives for internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare regular business reviews, reporting key metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in building products, preferably windows or doors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and driving margin improvement.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
