Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is a remote‑first product design and engineering firm seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery of web, mobile, and AI‑driven digital products for funded startups and established brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for multiple digital products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional design, engineering, and client teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
• Prioritize features using data‑driven analysis, market research, and stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch and iterative improvement.
• Conduct user testing, gather insights, and adjust product direction to maximize user adoption and ROI.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, presenting roadmaps, progress updates, and performance reports.
• Mentor junior product staff and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with web, mobile, or AI applications.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products in fast‑paced, remote environments.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, market trends, and user feedback.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Familiarity with AI/ML product concepts and APIs.
