Product Analyst

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Product Analyst to join its remote team while being based in Home, Pierce County, US. This role designs and delivers moderately complex product solutions that create value for pharmacy customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to define and prioritize product features.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product strategy and road‑maps.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Monitor product performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend enhancements.
• Support product launches, training, and post‑implementation reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within pharmacy benefit management or healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and pharmacy benefit workflows.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
• Certifications like CBAP, PMI‑ACP, or similar.

Compensation & Benefits
