Product Analyst – Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams, Scrum Masters, and solution architects to define product requirements and roadmaps.

• Develop business cases, cost‑benefit analyses, and performance metrics for new and existing solutions.
• Create detailed documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role within the pharmacy or health‑care industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and creating user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
