Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams, Scrum Masters, and solution architects to define and prioritize product features.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to shape product roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, specifications, and prototypes for new product initiatives.
• Conduct functional and user acceptance testing to ensure product quality.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Compensation

Salary range: $77,572.80 per year.
