Job Summary
Join Pontoon as a Process Optimisation Lead based in Guys Cliffe, Warwick, GB. This 6‑month contract offers a competitive daily rate of £500‑£800, supporting a leading energy‑sector client within their Chief Data Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, redesign and implement end‑to‑end business processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and senior stakeholders to embed optimisation best practices.
- Develop process‑flow documentation, KPI dashboards and continuous‑improvement frameworks.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to up‑skill teams on new workflows.
- Monitor performance post‑implementation and drive iterative enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in process optimisation or business analysis, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data pipelines and analytics platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at senior level.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work remotely across the UK or the US (New York/New England) while maintaining alignment with the Warwick team.
