Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraudulent insurance claims, gathering evidence through interviews, surveillance, and document analysis.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and present findings to insurers, legal teams, and law‑enforcement agencies.
• Collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and external partners to develop case strategies.
• Perform both remote research and in‑person field work throughout the Tampa Bay area.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Criminal Justice, Paralegal studies, Journalism, Military background, or related field is preferred.
• Strong interest in private investigative work; entry‑level candidates with relevant coursework or experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with investigative software, databases, and Microsoft Office suite.
