Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of Affera mapping solutions for cardiac ablation procedures across multiple U.S. locations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional clinical, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure mapping technologies meet safety and performance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior mapping specialists and engineers.
• Analyze clinical data to optimize workflow efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
• Develop and deliver training materials, webinars, and on‑site support for healthcare providers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, risk assessments, and compliance reports in accordance with FDA and international regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cardiac mapping, electrophysiology, or medical device development.
• Proven expertise with Affera or comparable high‑resolution mapping systems.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python, or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience delivering technical training.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with teams in St. Louis, Memphis, and Little Rock.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on‑site support and customer engagements.
