Job Summary

SHI is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Network to join our team in Glendale, Denver, US. This role blends technical expertise with sales acumen to design and present networking solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical network designs.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proofs‑of‑concept, and product demonstrations.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including RFP responses and solution architecture.
• Maintain deep knowledge of networking technologies, industry trends, and SHI’s portfolio.
• Assist in creating proposal documentation, cost estimates, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support post‑sale transition by working with delivery teams to ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, presales, or solutions architecture.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, security, wireless, and cloud networking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS) preferred.
• Proven track record of influencing sales outcomes and closing deals.

Compensation & Benefits
