HOATalent is seeking an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of townhome, HOA, and condominium communities in Lombard, IL. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations for multiple residential properties, ensuring high resident satisfaction and compliance with community rules.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports for each portfolio asset.
- Coordinate on‑site staff, vendors, and contractors to deliver maintenance, repairs, and capital projects on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s property management software and update community websites with relevant information.
- Conduct regular site inspections, enforce contract terms, and handle resident inquiries and conflict resolution.
- Develop and present performance metrics to senior leadership and property owners.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of property or portfolio management experience, preferably with townhomes, HOAs, or condos.
- Strong financial acumen—ability to create budgets, manage accounts payable/receivable, and produce detailed reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident and owner interaction.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field is preferred.
