Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation controls.
• Program and calibrate variable‑speed pumps, Pentair IntelliCenter, and Jandy iAquaLink systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward product lines.
• Provide on‑site technical support to customers, explaining repairs and recommended upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventories.
• Stay current with industry standards and product updates through ongoing training.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience repairing residential or commercial pools.
• Proficiency with Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward equipment.
• Strong knowledge of variable‑speed pump programming and pool automation software.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
