About This Position
Adswerve, an award‑winning data, media and tech consultancy and a leading Google and Adobe partner, is seeking a PMO Manager in the United States. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000‑$135,000 and will drive project governance, delivery excellence, and strategic alignment for our 800+ clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure consistent methodologies, tools, and reporting across all client engagements.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans, aligning them with business objectives and client expectations.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Partner with senior leadership to define governance frameworks, KPI dashboards, and continuous improvement processes.
- Mentor and coach a team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high‑impact delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data, media, and technology specialists—to deliver integrated solutions that maximize ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects, preferably in digital marketing, data analytics, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of establishing or scaling a PMO in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum) and tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insightful reports, and make data‑driven decisions.
