Job Summary

Argano is seeking a Pigment Senior Consultant in Plano, Collin County, US. This senior‑level role designs and implements custom EPM solutions on the Pigment platform, leading client projects and coaching teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Pigment solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementations, including solution design, data modeling, dashboard creation, and user training.
• Coach both client stakeholders and internal staff on best practices, governance, and advanced Pigment features.
• Develop and maintain reusable assets, templates, and documentation to accelerate future deployments.
• Balance multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
• Stay current with Pigment product updates and industry trends to provide innovative recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise performance management (EPM) or business intelligence, with a strong focus on data modeling and analytics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Track record of leading successful client implementations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
