Job Summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a full‑time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a modern outpatient practice in New York. The role offers a competitive salary of $130,202.22 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment for children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers and other mid‑level providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in case reviews, peer consultations and continuing education.

Required Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Psychiatry, subspecialty in Child/Adolescent preferred.
• Current, unrestricted medical licence to practice in New York.
• Minimum 2 years of experience treating paediatric psychiatric patients.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient‑centred approach.
