Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and staff across the Mid‑Atlantic region.
• Promote and onboard pharmacies to the Pharmacy Savings Card platform, similar to GoodRx and SingleCare.
• Identify growth opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored promotional materials and campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.
• Provide training and ongoing support to pharmacy partners to maximize card utilization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pharmacy sales, healthcare marketing, or related medical sales roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, insurance formularies, and prescription discount programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $53,892.77 annually (fixed). Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
