Argyll Infotech Inc is seeking a seasoned Peoplesoft HCM Technical Consultant to work remotely from anywhere in the US. This 3‑month contract role starts ASAP and offers a fixed annual salary of $121,537.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, support, and execute PeopleTools upgrades for PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Ensure upgrades are performed with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain alignment with organizational standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather upgrade requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Perform impact analysis, create test scripts, and lead unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during and after upgrades, including patch application and custom object migration.
• Document upgrade procedures, configuration changes, and knowledge‑base articles for future reference.
• Provide on‑call support during critical upgrade windows.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft HCM technical development and PeopleTools.
• Proven track record of planning and executing PeopleTools upgrades in complex, multi‑entity environments.
• Strong SQL, Application Engine, SQR, and PeopleCode development skills.
• Experience with integration technologies (e.g., Integration Broker, web services, REST/SOAP).
• Solid understanding of database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server) used by PeopleSoft.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and functional stakeholders.
