People Programs Manager

Fluxon is seeking a People Programs Manager to lead and scale employee experience initiatives for its fast‑growing technology consultancy in Canada. This role blends strategic HR expertise with a passion for building high‑performing teams in an AI‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve people programs covering onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
• Partner with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business goals and client delivery timelines.
• Lead a small HR team, providing coaching, feedback and professional development opportunities.
• Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify trends, recommend actions and measure program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian labour laws and promote a diverse, inclusive workplace culture.
• Drive initiatives that foster employee wellbeing, retention and career progression.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in program management or people‑operations leadership.
• Proven track record of designing scalable HR programs in fast‑moving tech or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS and data‑driven reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and best practices.
