Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route inbound calls on a multi‑line PBX system with professionalism and courtesy.

• Maintain call logs, track call volumes, and generate daily reports.
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and food‑and‑beverage teams to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration or telecommunications training is a plus.
