Hebrew Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full‑time Patient Care Associate Float for a 40‑hour day shift in Dedham, Norfolk County, US. This role supports residents with daily living activities, environment care, and overall well‑being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Support recreational and therapeutic activities to promote quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies following center protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
