Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end partner onboarding process from initial request to system activation.
• Validate partner documentation for compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Maintain and update partner records across multiple internal platforms, ensuring data integrity.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Underwriting, Operations and external partners to resolve setup issues quickly.
• Provide training and guidance to partners on system usage and onboarding procedures.
• Monitor onboarding KPIs, produce regular status reports and suggest process improvements.
• Escalate complex compliance or technical issues to senior teams while tracking resolution.
