Eric Buchanan & Associates is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join its boutique law firm in Chickamauga, Hamilton County, US. This role supports the firm’s mission to protect individuals’ disability, life, and health insurance rights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing ERISA-related claims, including disability, life, and health insurance cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft correspondence, and summarize case law.
• Maintain accurate client files, manage deadlines, and coordinate with insurance companies.
• Prepare discovery documents, subpoenas, and trial exhibits.
• Provide exceptional client service by answering questions and updating clients on case progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in insurance or ERISA law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits
