Paid Social Manager

Anglian is seeking a Paid Social Manager in Old Catton, Norwich to lead Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and support broader performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and related platforms.
• Collaborate with the PPC and performance marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting to achieve ROI targets.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce regular reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Work closely with creative, copy and design teams to develop compelling ad assets.
