Planet Fitness is seeking a full‑time Overnight Front Desk Associate to join its North Port, Sarasota County location. This role provides 24‑hour member support, handles check‑ins, and maintains a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests during overnight shifts (typically 10 PM – 6 AM) with a friendly, judgment‑free attitude.
• Process member check‑ins, verify memberships, and assist with new sign‑ups.
• Monitor facility security, conduct routine safety checks, and respond to emergencies according to protocol.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area and ensure equipment is properly logged.
• Handle cash transactions, sell merchandise, and process membership renewals.
• Answer phone calls, respond to member inquiries, and forward issues to management as needed.
• Enforce club policies, including proper use of equipment and adherence to health guidelines.

Requirements
