Job Summary

Swift Public Adjusters is hiring an Outside Sales Representative based in Des Moines, Polk County, US. This remote role combines virtual work with regular in‑person client outreach across the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and close new business opportunities in the Des Moines market and surrounding Midwest region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct on‑site visits, presentations, and assessments to understand client needs and position Swift’s adjusting services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, tracking performance in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with the claims and underwriting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings.

Required Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in insurance, public adjusting, or related services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and travel independently across the Midwest.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely while maintaining a professional home office.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in‑person client visits.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $97,576.12 annually (fixed). Additional performance‑based commissions and bonuses are available.
