Otis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its OTISLINE® team in Bloomfield, Hartford County, Connecticut. This full‑time role provides 24/7 support to elevator customers, ensuring rapid, professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to service requests from building owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Log and prioritize service tickets in the OTISLINE® system, dispatching field technicians as needed.
• Provide accurate information on elevator status, maintenance schedules, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by following up on open cases and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with local Otis offices, mechanics, and regional support teams to coordinate service delivery.
• Document all interactions in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional technical or customer‑service training a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment; willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM or ticketing systems preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
