Join Deloitte as an Oracle Technical Cloud Manager in Rochester, Monroe County, US. Lead the design and implementation of Oracle cloud solutions that drive performance, efficiency and shareholder value for top‑tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CFOs and finance leadership to define cloud‑first strategies that align with business objectives.
• Architect, configure and deploy Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion applications across finance, procurement and reporting domains.
• Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team, ensuring best‑practice governance, security and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical oversight, code reviews and performance tuning for integrations, migrations and custom extensions.
• Develop and present solution roadmaps, ROI models and measurable success metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants, conduct knowledge‑sharing workshops and stay current on Oracle roadmap updates.
• Partner with Deloitte’s broader cloud practice to cross‑sell services and expand the firm’s market presence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud solutions, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle ERP Cloud, Fusion Middleware and related integration tools.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale, multi‑year transformation programs for enterprise‑level clients.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OCI Architect, Oracle Cloud ERP) are a plus.
