Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Oracle application solutions for large‑scale enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with national consulting practices to develop proposals, manage delivery timelines, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise technical teams, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and roadmap planning for Oracle ERP, SCM, and HCM modules.
• Manage client relationships, address escalations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Applications (E‑Business Suite, Cloud, or Fusion).

• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and integration tools (Web Services, OCI, OIC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
