EY is seeking an Oracle Applications Technical Consultant – Manager to join its Oracle Services practice, supporting national consulting teams from Tucson, Arizona. This role leads the design, delivery, and management of large‑scale Oracle applications projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for Oracle Application modules (e.g., ERP, EPM, SCM) across multiple client engagements.
• Collaborate with national consulting practices to define solution architecture, integration strategy, and implementation road‑maps.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure high‑quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Drive best‑practice standards, governance, and risk mitigation for Oracle implementations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Applications implementation, with at least 3 years in a lead or manager capacity.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, Fusion, or on‑premise suites, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proven project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Compensation

Annual salary: $278,399.60
