Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Applications (e.g., ERP, SCM, HCM) for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Manage a team of consultants, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and technical guidance.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery within scope.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Oracle Applications, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead consultant role.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, Fusion Middleware, and related integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs).
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and large, complex projects.
