EY is seeking an experienced Oracle Applications Technical Consultant Manager to lead large‑scale Oracle implementations for clients across the United States. This senior role is based in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, NC, with a competitive salary of $253,650 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Applications projects, from planning and design through implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Partner with EY’s national consulting practices to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and manage client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance on Oracle Cloud and on‑premise suites, including ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
• Mentor and develop a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while adhering to EY’s risk and compliance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, automation tools, and emerging Oracle technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience delivering Oracle Applications solutions, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) and legacy Oracle E‑Business Suite.
• Proven track record managing large, complex, multi‑industry implementations.
• Strong client‑facing skills, excellent communication, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., OCI, OCP, OCE) are highly desirable.
