Collaborate Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Oracle ERP Solution Architect / Technical Lead to oversee the full Oracle ERP landscape—including Record to Report, Source/Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, and Order to Cash—on a remote basis for a 12‑month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Oracle ERP modules (R2R, S2P/P2P, SC, O2C) to meet business requirements.
• Lead technical teams through architecture decisions, integrations, and data migrations.
• Provide hands‑on guidance during implementation, testing, and hyper‑care phases.
• Collaborate with functional leads to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and governance standards.
• Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering best‑practice methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP (EBS or Cloud) across multiple modules.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead on large‑scale ERP projects.
• Deep understanding of R2R, S2P/P2P, Supply Chain, and O2C processes.
• Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud, and related middleware.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a 12‑month engagement.
